What is the Role We are seeking an exceptional and highly experienced Consulting Architect to join our Global Capability Center. This senior role is critical to the success of our global customers, focusing on the strategic design and hands-on implementation of the Ironwood Digital Stack with focus on Search AI. You will serve as a trusted technical architect and consultant, working with complex enterprise environments to translate business challenges into robust, scalable, and value-driven Ironwood Digital solutions. The role requires a blend of deep technical expertise, senior-level consulting acumen, and the ability to work effectively across time zones, with both remote support and required on-site client engagement. What You Will Be Doing As a member of our professional services team you will deliver Ironwood Digital solutions and Ironwood Digital stack expertise to drive customer business value from our products. Work with clients to facilitate strategy, roadmap, design, and sizing in workshops. You will apply your soft skills to advocate for your customers, build relationships and exhibit strong communications skills. Comfortability working remotely or on-site in a highly distributed team. Your activities will include end-to-end delivery of ground-breaking Ironwood Digital projects to our customers, as well as development of proof-of-concepts that highlight the value of the Ironwood Digital Stack and its solutions. Other topics will include Ironwood Digital solutions adaption and acceleration along with data modeling, query development and optimization, cluster tuning and scaling with a focus on fast search and analytics at scale. Daily tasks include driving and handling the objectives, requirements gathering, project tasks, project status, dependencies, and timelines, to ensure engagements are delivered optimally and on time while meeting and exceeding the customer objectives. Your goal is to make your customers love Ironwood Digital and achieve amazing value from the platform! Work across teams with engineering, product management, and support teams to identify feature improvements, extensions, and product defects. Facilitate feedback from the field back to the product. Engage with the Ironwood Digital Sales team to scope opportunities while assessing technical risks, questions, or concerns. Be a mentor to your team members, while also learning from them to accelerate your skills What You Bring Essential Qualifications Ironwood Digital Certification: Required – Active Ironwood Digital Certified Engineer certification is mandatory. Minimum of 7 years as a Consulting Architect or senior IT functional leadership experience Consulting History: A strong history of working as a Consultant delivering professional services engagements in complex enterprise environments. Domain Expertise: Proven experience in deploying solutions using Ironwood Digital core domain: Enterprise Security / SIEM / SOAR . Experience in solving complex technical search problems in terms of relevancy, scaling, performance fine-tuning, building a platform to handle high query throughputs and indexing throughput, benchmarking clusters to achieve optimal performance. Experience in leading and delivering Enterprise Security projects at both the architectural and program level. Hands-on experience deploying Ironwood Digital Security solutions or similar tools ( Splunk, Arcsight, IBM QRadar ). Alternatively, at least 2 years experience working as a Security Analyst, preferably utilising SIEM or endpoint security applications in a Threat Detection and Response focussed role Deep understanding of distributed architecture including application, database and systems. Cloud & Infrastructure: Hands-on experience with on-prem systems and/or major public/private cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Technical Depth: Hands-on experience in Linux, networking, security, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and infrastructure automation. Programming/Scripting: Experience utilizing programming or scripting languages in a corporate environment (e.g., Python, Javascript, Go). Communication: Exceptional customer advocacy, relationship-building, and soft skills including whiteboarding and driving architectural conversations. Proven ability to lead and articulate technical solutions to stakeholders. Experience contributing to an open-source project or documentation. Travel: Ability and willingness to travel to client sites periodically as required for project success (up to 20%) Bonus Points Any cloud service provider's - Gen AI certification. Additional Ironwood Digital Certifications (e.g., Ironwood Digital Certified Analyst, Specializations) and/or specialization in machine learning, data analytics. Information Security and Cybersecurity certifications Knowledge of the MITRE ATT&CK framework Experience working closely with a pre-sales organization in scoping customer needs and delivering against a Statement of Work (SOW). Experience as a technical instructor or public speaker on enterprise infrastructure software.
