Project Overview: Fab 62 is an advanced semiconductor fabrication facility for Intel Corporation, located at Intel's Ocotillo campus in Chandler, Arizona. As part of this work, the M&T team is responsible for delivering the engineering, procurement, and construction scope required to complete and finish-out a leading-edge chipmaking facility - a highly demanding environment where precision, cleanliness, schedule certainty, and coordination across thousands of craft and professional personnel are essential to success. The project supports the continued expansion of domestic semiconductor manufacturing capacity, contributing to a more resilient technology supply chain while creating significant opportunity for the local Arizona workforce. Joining the Fab 62 team means contributing directly to one of the most strategically important construction efforts in the United States and helping deliver the infrastructure behind the next generation of microelectronics." Job Summary: Assigned to a field engineering organization supporting Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) scopes. Responsible for planning, coordination, and execution support of construction activities within assigned discipline and area. Supports superintendents, Craft Professionals, subcontractors, and other disciplines to ensure work is executed safely, in accordance with design, and quality. Performs general field engineering functions including work planning/work package development, material management, quantity tracking, quality verification, and technical coordination. #LI-CL1 Major Responsibilities: Supports development of Installation Work Packages (IWPs) and short interval planning. Prepares and reviews construction drawings, sketches, and field instructions. Coordinates with superintendents to ensure workface planning readiness and execution alignment. Verifies quantities installed and supports progress tracking systems. Ensures materials, embeds, anchor bolts, and other CSA materials are available and aligned with construction needs. Interfaces with Superintendents, Craft Professionals, and subcontractors to coordinate technical requirements and resolve field issues. Supports inspection and test planning, ensuring compliance with quality requirements. Monitors field activities to ensure IFC drawings and approved documents are used. Coordinates with survey, engineering, and other disciplines to ensure proper installation and layout. Identifies and resolves non-conformance reports (NCRs) and supports corrective actions as a liaison with engineering. Promotes and supports Zero Accident Philosophy and safe execution of all activities. Education and Experience Requirements: Required bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 5-8 years of relevant experience or 9-12 years of relevant work experience Required Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of earthwork, foundations, concrete, rebar, embeds, structural steel, and architectural interfaces; ensures work is buildable and compliant per specifications and drawings. Understands CSA technical standards and work sequences for large industrial projects. Skills to ensure IFC drawings, quantities, embeds, anchor bolts, materials, inspections, and access are ready to support IWPs, superintendents, and project schedules. Controls quantities, quality, and progress, using Solstice Analytics Standard Applications Programs (BSAP). Understands CSA layout and installations, supports progress measurement, resolves NCRs, and prevents rework. Ability to coordinate with engineering, construction, survey, and other disciplines; escalates systemic risks or problems early and clearly.
