Salary: $111000 - 223000 per year Requirements: We require fluency in English at a native or bilingual level. We require proficiency in at least one of the following languages or frameworks: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, Kotlin, or Swift. We look for strong writing ability and excellent grammar. We require a bachelors degree, either completed or currently in progress. We prefer prior experience as a Software Developer, Coder, Software Engineer, or Programmer. We only consider candidates located in the US, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, or New Zealand. We are looking for applicants who can work as independent contractors in a remote setting. Responsibilities: We design and solve a wide range of coding challenges used to train AI systems. We write clear, high-quality code examples and thorough explanations. We review AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, and readability. We provide detailed feedback that helps improve future AI models. We work on programming tasks such as building applications, solving technical problems, and analyzing data through visualization and insights. We complete a short assessment to demonstrate our suitability before paid work becomes available.
