About the role
MỤC TIÊU CÔNG VIỆC / JOB OBJECTIVES Support the day-to-day technical operations and monitoring of the NAPAS Domestic Credit Card System under the guidance of the IT Card Operations Specialist (L2), ensuring routine operational tasks are executed accurately, on time, and in accordance with defined procedures and runbooks. Perform first-level technical monitoring and triage for card-related incidents; identify, log, and escalate issues to the IT Card Operations Specialist (L2) promptly; execute assigned troubleshooting steps and resolutions under supervision. Execute operational tasks related to card system maintenance, batch processing, clearing & settlement, and scheme operations following established procedures; support the Specialist in PCI DSS compliance activities and card project implementation workstreams.
