📋 Description Establish security strategy and direction for Vantage Compute EU. Lead security programs across Vantage Compute EU and products. Collaborate with engineering to ship secure, scalable products. Oversee incident response and regulatory compliance. Maintain security policies, standards, and controls. Engage BaFin and EU regulators as primary security liaison. 🎯 Requirements 6-10 years in information security with 3+ years in senior/lead CISO role. Deep knowledge of BaFin, DORA, and MiCA controls. ISO 27001-certified ISMS; CISM or CISSP preferred. Strong ICT risk management, third-party risk, and operational resilience. Experience interfacing with BaFin or EU regulators on security matters.
