About the role

Job Description Perform routine biochemical analyses for characterization of monoclonal antibodies in support of pharmaceutical development, including peptide mapping, A280, LCMS, size exclusion chromatography, fraction collection, or other routine methods Sample preparation, distribution, and data collection for forced degradation studies Conduct analysis and reporting of data in accordance with requirements set forth by the department Ensure maintenance of detailed documentation of assay development and qualification Qualifications BS with 2-4 years (or MS with 0-2 years) experience in Biochemistry, Chemistry, or related field Basic understanding of amino acids and protein structure required Knowledge of LC and LC/MS required Ability to perform minimal instrument maintenance and troubleshooting Must be highly organized Good written and verbal communication skills are required.
