BVT Analyst

Salary: $87,000 - 127,000 per year Requirements: We require a bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. We require experience with software testing methodologies, particularly build verification testing. We require proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language, such as Python, Java, or Shell. We require familiarity with automated testing tools and frameworks. We seek strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with close attention to detail. We prefer experience in Agile or DevOps environments. We prefer knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps. We value software testing or related certifications, such as ISTQB. We prefer experience with performance testing and monitoring tools. We value strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams. Responsibilities: We rely on you to develop, maintain, and run automated and manual build verification test cases to validate software builds. We expect you to work with software development and QA teams to understand build changes and adjust test suites accordingly. We expect you to assess test results, identify defects, and clearly share findings with relevant stakeholders. We rely on you to monitor build health and provide prompt feedback to help detect integration issues early. We expect you to document test procedures, results, and best practices to support ongoing improvements to our BVT process.
