Business Systems Analyst Consultant

As a Business Systems Analyst Consultant within Nimbus Data Systems's Technology organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA or Cleveland, OH. Qualifications (Must-Haves) • Comfortable communicating with vendors and internal service partners • Experience eliciting functional and technical requirements from internal and external stakeholders • Proficient in the Development and Project Life Cycle • Experience working in an Agile environment and within project management platforms such as JIRA • Knowledge of coding languages and other technologies such as, Python, Informatica ETL, SQL, XSLT, XML, and APIs • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills • Experience using collaboration tools such as Outlook, SharePoint, and Confluence Nice-to-Haves • ETL design and implementation; data modeling, mapping, and validation • Knowledge of Workday and Workday integrations • Knowledge of Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) • Experience working with HR Talent lines of business including Recruiting, Onboarding, and Talent Development • Familiarity with ServiceNow as a demand and incident management platform Nimbus Data Systems is an in-office company that fosters a supportive culture where employees can thrive and achieve balance. Job Description Provides solutions for IT and business management on applying technology to business opportunities, planning and implementation of cross-functional applications. Participates in identifying, evaluating, and configuring systems that are cost effective and meet business requirements . Monitors client experiences and feedback on the use of business applications; Enhanced system productivity, as needed . Provides senior level consulting services to internal business groups on process improvement projects designed to improve their business results . Analyzes, defines and documents clients requirements, and revises existing systems logic challenges, as necessary . Pay Transparency Base Salary: $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
