Business Analyst

Salary: $72,000 - 112,000 per year Requirements: At least 7 years of experience conducting business process reviews, eliciting and documenting requirements, and modeling processes. At least 5 years of experience developing or managing user stories for Agile development projects. At least 2 years of experience working directly with senior management to shape strategy, develop roadmaps, build consensus, or resolve opposing positions. At least 2 years of experience on projects developing or implementing IT solutions for public use. Strong customer service, communication, facilitation, organizational, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently, quickly learn new assignments, and adapt to changing needs and direction. Preferred: At least 2 years supporting the development of or compliance with statements of work, other work agreements, or contracts. Preferred: At least 1 year working with programs governed by state or federal regulations. Preferred: Bachelors degree. Responsibilities: Act as a liaison between technical teams and project stakeholders. Facilitate discussions to elicit business needs and develop strategies, requirements, and roadmaps. Review business processes, gather and document requirements, and model processes. Develop or manage user stories for Agile development projects. Work with senior management to facilitate strategic discussions, build consensus, and help resolve differing stakeholder positions. Support ongoing enhancements, projects, and related work requests. Contribute to operational activities and other requests handled by our business analysis team. Deliver excellent customer service and help stakeholders understand applicable policies, practices, constraints, and enablers. Adapt to changing priorities, assignments, and business needs while maintaining effective stakeholder relationships.
