Salary: $121000 - 241000 per year Requirements: We require fluent English communication, with native or bilingual-level proficiency. We need strong programming ability in at least one of the following: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, Kotlin, or Swift. We look for excellent written communication, including strong grammar and clear expression. We require a bachelors degree, either completed or currently in progress. We prefer prior experience as a software developer, coder, software engineer, or programmer. We can only consider candidates located in the US, Canada, the UK, Ireland, Australia, or New Zealand. Responsibilities: We design and solve a wide range of coding challenges that help train AI systems. We write precise code examples and thorough explanations. We review AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, and readability. We provide feedback that helps improve the next generation of AI models.
