Automation Tester (Appium)

Automation Tester We are looking for an experienced Automation Tester to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Appium and Selenium , with Java as the preferred programming language. Candidates with Selenium automation using Python may also be considered. Work Setup Full-time Full onsite – BGC, Taguig Dayshift Mid-level to Senior candidates are welcome to apply Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts for web and mobile applications. Build and maintain automation frameworks using Appium and Selenium . Perform mobile application testing across Android and/or iOS platforms. Create automated test cases using Java or Python. Execute functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end automation testing. Identify, document, and track defects and provide detailed technical findings. Troubleshoot automation failures and investigate issues affecting test execution. Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and project stakeholders to ensure application quality. Maintain and improve existing automation scripts and testing frameworks. Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA and automation processes. Required Skills Strong hands-on experience with Appium for mobile application automation. Strong experience with Selenium WebDriver . Programming experience in Java is preferred; Python may also be considered. Experience developing and maintaining automated test scripts and frameworks. Solid understanding of functional and regression testing. Experience troubleshooting failed automated test cases. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment. Bonus Skills Postman Newman Jenkins Git Candidate Profile Mid-level to Senior Automation Tester with solid professional experience in test automation. Strong hands-on background in Appium + Selenium . Comfortable working with automation frameworks, scripting, test execution, and troubleshooting. Experience in both web and mobile application automation is an advantage.
