Assistant Manager, Sales Training

Job Description Get to Know the Team The Sales Enablement team equips our commercial teams with the training, tools, content, and operating rhythm they need to perform at scale. We work across onboarding, capability building, content governance, and learning operations to create a more consistent and effective sales experience across the region. Get to Know the Role This role sits within the Sales Enablement team and is responsible for standardising sales training across onboarding and ongoing capability building. The Program Manager will design scalable learning journeys, govern training content, and improve training consistency across teams and markets. This role reports to the Regional Head of Sales Enablement onsite at the Malaysia's First Avenue Office. The Critical Tasks You Will Perform Design and manage standardised sales training programs across onboarding and ongoing capability building. Build structured learning journeys, assessments, and certification approaches to improve training quality and consistency. Own end-to-end program management for sales training initiatives, including planning, stakeholder alignment, timelines, rollout, and reporting. Create and maintain training templates, playbooks, and supporting enablement materials that can scale across markets and teams. Partner with onboarding specialists, coordinators, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth training execution Govern training content and learning asset hygiene across enablement platforms, including Seismic and other learning channels where relevant. Track training adoption, completion, and effectiveness, and use insights to improve program design over time. Drive continuous improvement in training operations by identifying gaps, reducing duplication, and standardising best practices. Qualifications What Essential Skills You Will Need 5+ years of experience in program management, sales enablement, learning and development, or commercial training. Experience designing and scaling training programs, onboarding journeys, or learning operations for business teams. Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align multiple teams around common training standards. Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver against timelines. Experience building training content, frameworks, assessments, or process documentation. Comfort using data to measure program effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities. Clear written and verbal communication skills in English. Good to Have Experience supporting regional or multi-market commercial teams. Familiarity with sales enablement or learning platforms such as Seismic, LMS tools, or content management systems. Experience in high-growth technology, marketplace, or B2B commercial environments.
