About the role
Salary: CHF 140'0 - 150'000 per year Requirements: Proven experience as a first or early engineer at a startup, or equivalent drive demonstrated through self-initiated projects Experience building Agentic Workflows at scale Strong backend skills in Python (FastAPI) and/or NodeJS Practical experience with LLM orchestration (e.g. LangGraph) and shipping AI pipelines in production environments Systems thinking mindset: deep understanding of data flow, state management, and robust error handling High ownership mentality and pragmatic approach – you ship a good solution today rather than a perfect one tomorrow Responsibilities: Co-define system architecture and make independent technology decisions from day one Build and operate AI agents that autonomously process complex, high-value transactions Develop robust data pipelines that turn unstructured inputs into reliable API calls Optimise orchestration logic for low latency and high reliability at production scale Technologies: AI API Backend FastAPI Flow LLM NodeJS Python AWS JavaScript More: Small, building-focused founding team.
