Application Engineer

Salary: $122000 - 169000 per year Requirements: We require typically 8+ years of related experience with a four-year degree, or 6+ years with an advanced degree, or equivalent experience. We need hands-on experience debugging Oracle PL/SQL and writing advanced Oracle PL/SQL queries. We look for 7+ years of software development experience with Java 11, Spring Boot, JPA, and RESTful services. We require experience integrating systems using Java Spring, JPA, and RESTful services. We need experience with the latest versions of Java Spring Boot and JPA. We expect familiarity with tools such as Maven, Ant, Grunt, Eclipse, Jira, Bitbucket, and Git. Responsibilities: We provide production support, including monitoring individual queues, updating tickets to SLA, and coordinating with stakeholders to drive tickets to resolution. We analyze, debug, and troubleshoot software programs and applications. We perform timely and accurate fixes for software issues and support software upgrades, revisions, and patches. We maintain and support existing production systems as needed. We communicate ticket progress and status updates to stakeholders. We guide developers on design, development, and deployment issues for mission-critical information and software systems. We review the work of development teams. We build and maintain a documentation repository with global partners. We provide on-call production support. We work collaboratively across teams and locations in a fully in-office environment, Monday through Friday.
