Android Mobile Reverse Engineer

Salary: $108,000 - 148,000 per year Requirements: Strong background in C/C++ development on Unix/Linux platforms, using Make or CMake build systems Experience with core Unix features, including named pipes, pipes, pthreads, and signal handlers Familiarity with static decompilers, such as Hex-Rays, and disassemblers, such as Ghidra Experience developing against or working with large open-source projects, such as AOSP Familiarity with Android platform features and OS subsystems, such as Binder Desired: Experience with ARM64/ARM32 architecture and Linux/Unix bootloaders, such as U-Boot or aboot Desired: Experience developing and productizing N-days Desired: Knowledge of SELinux, cgroups, and other Linux permission models Desired: Familiarity with APK decompilation tools such as JEB, JADX, or Dex2Jar Bachelors degree, preferably in a STEM field, with typically five years of related experience, or an advanced degree with three years of experience TS/SCI clearance and U.S. citizenship are required; applicants must meet minimum qualifications for access to classified information and may be subject to a security investigation Responsibilities: Build high-impact native applications for Android devices as part of a development team Integrate reverse-engineering results into development products Expand Android platform knowledge to meet development objectives and customer requirements Technologies: Android Support Linux Security Unix Mobile More: We are Nightwing, a provider of advanced cyber, data operations, systems integration, and intelligence mission support services for customers in intelligence, defense, civil, and commercial markets.
