AI Technical Lead - C++ Ecosystem

📋 Description Shape and deliver AI-powered features for CLion and C++ workflows. Design the architecture for AI integrations and C++ AI capabilities. Build benchmarks and evaluation frameworks for AI-assisted C++ development. Prototype and validate AI workflows including debugging and navigation. Define a technical roadmap for AI agent and tool integrations in C++. Collaborate with PMs, ML/QA teams, and seniors to shape the roadmap. 🎯 Requirements Significant software engineering experience as Staff/Principal Engineer or Technical Lead. Strong experience with Kotlin, Java, or other JVM technologies. Experience building AI-powered products, developer tools, coding assistants, agents, or LLM workflows. Strong understanding of modern coding agents: tool calling, context mgmt, evaluation. Track record driving technical direction in ambiguous, rapidly evolving areas.
