JOB TITLE: AI SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking an AI Social Media Manager to own and scale our social media strategy using AI-powered tools to drive reach, engagement, and brand consistency. This role is responsible for strategic planning, performance optimization, and managing AI-assisted content workflows across multiple platforms.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
– Develop and execute a data-driven social media strategy aligned with brand and growth goals
– Leverage AI tools to ideate, generate, schedule, and optimize social content
– Own the social content calendar across key platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok)
– Analyze performance metrics and continuously optimize content using AI insights
– Collaborate with Marketing, Brand, and Content teams on campaigns and launches
– Establish best practices for AI usage, tone of voice, and content governance
– Stay current on AI trends, platform updates, and social media best practices
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
– Proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand or business
– Hands-on experience using AI tools for content creation, optimization, or analytics
– Prior experience working remotely is mandatory, including fluency with remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana (or similar), and experience working with US or UK-based companies; applications without this experience will not be considered
– Strong understanding of major social media platforms and performance metrics
– Ability to work independently and manage end-to-end social media initiatives
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
– Experience in SaaS, tech, or digital-first companies
– Familiarity with paid social amplification and A/B testing
– Experience defining brand voice and social guidelines

– AI Tools: ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai http://Copy.ai, or similar
– Social Platforms & Scheduling: Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout, or similar
– Analytics: Native platform analytics, Google Analytics
– Collaboration: Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace
