ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for an AI Social Media Coordinator to support day-to-day execution of social media activities using AI-assisted tools. This is a junior, hands-on role focused on content production, scheduling, community support, and reporting within a structured social media strategy.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
– Assist with creating and scheduling social content using AI tools
– Adapt AI-generated content to match brand tone and platform requirements
– Maintain the social media content calendar and posting schedules
– Monitor comments, messages, and basic community engagement
– Track performance metrics and support reporting on engagement and growth
– Support the Social Media Manager with campaign execution and admin tasks
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
– Prior experience supporting social media accounts or content production
– Hands-on experience using AI tools for writing, ideation, or content adaptation
– Prior experience working remotely is mandatory, including fluency with remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana (or similar), and experience working with US or UK-based companies; applications without this experience will not be considered
– Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines
– Comfortable working with repetitive workflows and content schedules
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
– Experience using social media scheduling tools
– Basic understanding of social media analytics and engagement metrics
– Interest in growing into a Social Media Manager role
