AI RF Engineer

Salary: $88000 - 127000 per year Requirements: We require a bachelors degree in a relevant discipline such as computer science, electrical engineering, mathematics, engineering, or a related field. We look for 8+ years of experience in artificial intelligence or a closely related area. We need a strong foundation in software engineering, AI, and machine learning. We expect solid expertise in signal processing theory and its application across areas such as radar, communications, electronic warfare, sonar, audio, or biomedical systems. We value hands-on experience with modern AI approaches, including computer vision, deep learning, and reinforcement learning. We require proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++. We prefer experience developing with machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX, or Keras. We value experience using Python libraries such as NumPy, OpenCV, scikit-learn, pandas, and SciPy. We look for broad experience applying AI across multiple business areas and customer programs, ideally in a large enterprise or government environment. We seek strong self-motivation, work ethic, time management, and excellent interpersonal communication skills. Responsibilities: We develop and apply AI technologies to address complex signal processing challenges and deliver innovative solutions. We contribute across the full system development lifecycle, including requirements definition, system and software design, implementation, integration, and flight testing. We take ownership of critical assignments and lead technical teams to produce high-quality outcomes. We provide technical leadership and mentor junior engineers to strengthen their skills and expertise. We collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, deploy, and improve AI solutions. We explain complex technical ideas and solution details to non-technical stakeholders. We work with other teams across our organization to identify opportunities for AI adoption and practical application. We help develop proposals and whitepapers to support funding for AI research and development initiatives.
