Contribute to full model life cycle: data curation, design, evaluation. Collaborate with AI Engineering, Product, and Clinical teams. Advance long-term goals like real-time multimodal state estimation and safety validation. Publish in top AI venues and clinical journals. 🎯 Requirements PhD in CS, ML, NLP, CV, or related AI field. Hands-on fine-tuning LLMs or multimodal LMs (SFT/RLHF) post-training. Experience multi-modality training (video+text, image+text, speech+text). Strong publication track record in AI conferences or journals. Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, JAX).
