AI Product Engineer

📋 Description Partner with clinical teams to map workflows and identify AI opportunities. Build and iterate on LLM features using prompts, agent workflows, and retrieval (RAG). Write Python to connect AI systems to Vantage Compute's products and internal tools. Prototype quickly, test with users, gather feedback, and iterate. Define success metrics and use data to drive improvements. Contribute to evaluation datasets, testing workflows, and experiments to improve AI quality. 🎯 Requirements 1–4 years of relevant experience across software, product, data, operations, or applied AI. Comfortable writing Python and SQL to prototype, analyze, and ship AI-powered applications. Built at least one LLM-powered app or feature, and can walk us through it. Strong product instincts; enjoy working with users to define problems. Thrive in ambiguity; quick learner; eager to experiment with evolving AI tech.
