Salary: $107000 - 214000 per year Requirements: We require native-level or bilingual fluency in English. We require strong writing ability and solid grammar skills. We require a bachelors degree, completed or currently in progress. Responsibilities: We design and solve a wide range of coding challenges used to train AI systems. We write clear, high-quality code examples and thorough explanations. We review AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, and readability. We provide feedback that helps refine and improve future AI models. We complete a short assessment as part of our application process before paid work becomes available.
