AI/Machine Learning Engineer, Electronic Warfare

Salary: $96000 - 139000 per year Requirements: We require a bachelors degree in a relevant discipline such as computer science, electrical engineering, mathematics, engineering, or another related field. We are looking for at least 5 years of experience in AI or a closely related area. We need a strong foundation in software engineering, artificial intelligence, and machine learning. We expect solid expertise in signal processing theory and practical applications, including radar, communications, electronic warfare, sonar, audio, or biomedical domains. We value hands-on experience with modern AI approaches such as computer vision, deep learning, and reinforcement learning. We require proficiency in Python, Java, or C++. We prefer experience developing with machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX, or Keras. We prefer experience using Python libraries such as NumPy, OpenCV, scikit-learn, pandas, and SciPy. We look for strong self-motivation, a strong work ethic, and effective time management. We require excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences. Responsibilities: We develop and apply AI technologies to solve complex signal processing challenges and deliver innovative solutions. We work across the full system development lifecycle, including requirements definition, system and software design, implementation, integration, and flight testing. We take ownership of critical technical tasks and lead teams to deliver high-quality results. We provide technical leadership and mentor junior engineers to strengthen their skills and capabilities. We collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy AI solutions. We explain complex technical ideas and solution details to non-technical stakeholders. We partner with other teams across our organization to identify opportunities for AI adoption and practical application. We contribute to proposals and white papers to support funding for AI research and development initiatives.
