📋 Description Build and ship LLM-powered features for patient-facing products and workflows. Build AI application layer: prompts, tool calls, retrieval, and workflows. Develop evaluation suites: synthetic tests, LLM-as-a-judge, regression tests. Integrate LLMs with Cobalt Streamworks's internal systems, APIs, and workflows. Collaborate with EHR operators and clinicians to map workflows and AI opportunities. Prototype quickly, ship early, measure outcomes, and iterate. 🎯 Requirements 1–4 years building software with LLM-powered apps. Strong Python engineer with backend or developer-tools experience. Comfortable using AI-assisted development tools throughout SDLC. Built at least one LLM-powered app/feature and can discuss it. You enjoy learning quickly, experimenting, and evolving best practices. You have strong problem-solving skills and can handle ambiguity.
