You will join a global technology team responsible for developing digital platforms that support customer-facing services across multiple markets. The team operates in a distributed, cross-functional environment and focuses on delivering data-driven and AI-powered solutions that enhance customer experience and business performance. Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models and solutions, ensuring scalability and reliability Work across the full lifecycle of AI systems, including data preparation, training, deployment, and monitoring Collaborate with engineers, architects, and stakeholders to define and implement AI solution architectures Build and maintain APIs, pipelines, and CI/CD processes for AI solutions in cloud environments Ensure code quality, documentation, and security practices across all implementations Support and mentor team members on AI-related topics and best practices Research, evaluate, and implement new AI tools, frameworks, and approaches Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and knowledge sharing within the team Qualifications Experience designing and implementing AI/ML models and solutions in production environments Strong programming skills in Python Understanding of machine learning frameworks and libraries Experience deploying solutions using cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure, or GCP) Experience with CI/CD, APIs, and containerized environments Knowledge of data preprocessing and feature or prompt engineering Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to business stakeholders Understanding of ethical and responsible AI practices Proactive mindset and ability to work in cross-functional, international teams Nice to Have Experience with Generative AI technologies (e.g. AWS Bedrock, LangChain, LangGraph) Experience with SageMaker, Snowflake, or SQL-based data platforms Nortal offers: 24 working days of paid vacation 11 paid national holidays Health care: up to 10 paid sick days, on-demand medical insurance, vaccinations Mental health support: webinars, resources, and compensation for therapy sessions Access to our corporate learning platform Language classes (English) Flexible benefits budget: a fixed monthly amount you can spend on what matters most to you - medical insurance, sports, leisure, fuel, and more 8-hour workday aligned with the client’s working hours Hybrid work options: work from home with the option to use our cozy office space whenever needed Engaging team events and thoughtful gifts throughout the year In your resume please allow our company to use your personal data
