Salary: $70,000 - 105,000 per year Requirements: We need a collaborative professional with strong communication skills. We value experience managing end-to-end SDLC activities, from requirements discovery through implementation. We are looking for someone who can convert complex business needs into practical development work items. We require a strong interest in solution design along with hands-on coding experience. Responsibilities: We document assigned portions of business requirements as part of the requirements elicitation process, following provided guidance. We facilitate application design discussions and capture design decisions to support the technical team in building software solutions. We contribute code, add new functionality or enhancements to existing applications, and help preserve system stability. We review code, make updates to the codebase, and maintain source repositories. We define and execute test approaches, evaluate outcomes, and work with others to resolve defects and maintain quality standards. We create user training materials, supporting documentation, and assistance frameworks to ensure a smooth adoption of new software. We help resolve production incidents and suggest preventive measures to improve reliability. We maintain thorough records of code changes, testing methods, and support work to strengthen the knowledge base and support similar initiatives.
