AI Data Scientist

📋 Description Build evaluation datasets, rubrics, and synthetic tests for LLM features. Analyze production logs to identify model failures and bottlenecks. Design and run end-to-end experiments: hypotheses, data, evaluation, and analysis. Track metrics (resolution rate, handle time, latency, quality) and identify improvements. Collaborate with engineers to validate improvements and productionize experiments. Build or integrate tooling and dashboards to monitor AI performance. 🎯 Requirements 1-4 years in data science, analytics, or applied ML. Strong Python and SQL skills. Hands-on experience building or evaluating LLM-powered apps. Curious about AI systems beyond the model: retrieval, prompting, evaluation. Able to communicate analytical findings to engineers, PMs, and ops.
