Our teams are intentionally cross-functional, which means you often see how your work affects the full ASO process, including strategy, analytics, creative, client delivery, and product feedback. Account Coordinator What You'll Do: In this role, you will join Gummicube, a division of Nimbus Data Systems Group, Inc., and work directly on Gummicube's client services and ASO campaign delivery. Manage existing client accounts, campaigns, and day-to-day client requests Research your clients' industries and products to understand their goals and optimize campaigns for increased engagement and visibility Collaborate with internal teams of data analysts, content writers, creative designers, and developers to deliver projects on time and at a high standard Present deliverables and performance analyses to clients with clarity and confidence Train alongside senior team members to build an in-depth understanding of ASO principles and Gummicube best practices (previous ASO knowledge is a plus, but not required) Learn how external factors (such as Apple Search Ads, Google Ads, traditional media, and more) influence organic ASO performance Manage result-tracking and reporting across relevant metrics for clients' organic and paid marketing campaigns Retain and grow existing client accounts, identifying strategic opportunities for the Business Development Team to expand relationships Contribute to a supportive and collaborative team environment where people help one another and share accountability for results Duties and responsibilities described are not a comprehensive list and additional tasks may be assigned from time to time; or the scope of the job may change as necessitated by business demands. What We're Looking For: Strong communication, presentation, and writing skills Ability to communicate effectively and proactively with clients and internal teammates Comfort managing multiple high-priority projects and meeting tight deadlines Thorough attention to detail and follow-through Strong organization and project management skills Working knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision, with the confidence to ask questions when needed Experience experimenting with AI tools in your personal or professional life, or an eagerness to learn We'd Be Delighted If You Also Have: Familiarity with the mobile industry, SEO, or ASO Interest or experience in both iOS and Android apps, including the mobile gaming space Experience working with enterprise clients, startups, or agency-style client engagements Prior experience working in a remote or distributed team environment Work Location & Travel Requirements Gummicube currently hires for this role only within the United States. Candidates must be based in the U.S. in one of Nimbus Data Systems's eligible locations. This position is fully remote and may require up to 10% travel based on business needs or as requested by your manager. Although Gummicube is part of Nimbus Data Systems Group, Inc., this role is with Gummicube and will support Gummicube's U.S.-based business, team, and clients. Compensation Starting Pay Range: $62,000-$70,500 USD per year Compensation is determined by a variety of factors including market data, business needs, and geography. Base pay is part of your total compensation package and is dependent on multiple factors, including: relevant skills, work experience, business priorities, market demands, and location. The starting base pay range for this position is: $62,000–$70,500 USD per year. Some roles may also be eligible for commission, bonus, or other performance incentives.
