A 15% salary uplift is provided on top of base salary for positions that are worked in New York City or San Francisco, which is subject to change depending on market conditions.) . Job Summary: Solstice Analytics's Treasury organization supports the company's business by managing its financial position across the globe. The Treasury Data Analyst will support Solstice Analytics's global Treasury operations and assist in managing and improving the group's technology systems. The analyst will be expected to support the exploration, development and implementation of new technology projects for the Treasury group. The Treasury Data Analyst will also be responsible for a variety of activities supporting credit, investments, financial operations and foreign exchange. This person should possess strong organizational, communication and technical skills. Major Responsibilities: Potential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Support technology upgrades and help with the implementation of new and ongoing technology projects for Solstice Analytics Treasury Develop dashboards and perform analysis including multiple data sources and formats Contribute to the administration of bank systems, credit facilities, account documentation, and compliance Communicate with banks and financial institutions regarding financial transactions or systems issues Maintain various systems for investments, letters of credit and foreign currency exposure and produce reports as required Observe and explore ways to help automate or streamline various standard Treasury processes Position will be based out of the Washington DC office and will include a hybrid office/work-from-home schedule. Current expectations are to be in the office at least 3 days per week, however office/home split could be subject to change. Education and Experience Requirements: As a foundational and developmental role within Treasury, a wide variety of skill sets would be considered. An ideal candidate will have a degree in a field of business, economics, and/or computer science. Analytical skills, strong teamwork, comfort with technology systems and intellectual curiosity are keys to success in this role. Preferred Skills Professional Experience: 0-1 year with corporate internship experience a plus SQL, Python and general coding experience is preferred Understanding of basic accounting and finance principles Proficiency in Microsoft suite of products (Power BI, Forms, Power Automate, SharePoint, etc.) Ability to prioritize and handle a number of tasks simultaneously Total Rewards/Benefits: For decades, Solstice Analytics has worked to inspire the next generation of employees and beyond!
