Workflow Implementation Engineer

📋 Description Lead technical onboarding and end-to-end implementations for mid-market and enterprise clients. Design and build custom workflows, automations, and integrations for client data. Write Python scripts and SQL queries for data transformations and workflow troubleshooting. Investigate and resolve complex technical issues with clients. Collaborate with Product and Engineering to improve platform capabilities. Maintain documentation and reusable workflow templates for scalability. 🎯 Requirements Strong proficiency in Python and SQL with automation scripts, integrations, and data workflows. Experience in technical implementation, solutions engineering, or developer-facing customer role. Experience designing or configuring workflow automation systems (Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar tools). Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical workflow architectures. Remote work experience and fluency with tools like Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana.
