Workday Integration & Analytics Engineer - Paris (x/f/m)

📋 Description Own the data and integration layer for HR in Workday. Design, build and maintain integrations across HR systems (ADP, Ashby, Sana) and future platforms. Architect integrations: APIs, middleware, Workday Studio, Cloud Connect, Boomi. Own a Workday module scope with configuration and unit testing. Build and maintain Workday analytics: reports, dashboards, KPIs. Collaborate with the Data team; mentor on integration best practices; explore AI automation. 🎯 Requirements 6+ years of Workday experience with reporting and at least one integration project. Integration architecture: Workday Studio, Cloud Connect, APIs, or middleware. Experience with HR data flows and payroll integrations (ADP, Deel). Strong data modeling and governance mindset in HR data. Exposure to AI tooling in HR (Workday AI Agents, DUST, MCP).
