Required Skills 5–7 years of relevant experience in Workday implementation, configuration, support, or development. Strong hands-on experience in either Workday Core HCM or Workday Adaptive Planning . Experience in business requirements gathering, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and production support. Good understanding of business processes and Workday best practices. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively with business stakeholders and technical teams. Preferred Skills For Workday Core HCM: Workday HCM business processes and configuration. Core HR, staffing, organizational management, and security. Workday reporting, calculated fields, and integrations. For Workday Adaptive Planning: Adaptive Planning model building and configuration. Financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Sheet design, formulas, dimensions, and model administration. Candidate Requirements Experience: 5–7 years. Location: Bangalore. CTC: Up to ₹26 LPA. Notice period: Immediate joiners to 15 days. Candidates must have relevant hands-on experience in at least one of the specified Workday modules.
