About the role
Location: Remote Position Overview The Workday Conversion Consultant leads data migration activities, ensuring accurate, validated, and timely data loads into Workday. Key Responsibilities Lead data conversion strategy and execution for Workday implementations. Analyze legacy data and define transformation and cleansing rules. Execute data loads using EIBs and conversion tools. Validate converted data and resolve discrepancies. Partner with functional teams to ensure data readiness and accuracy. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field. Experience supporting Workday data conversions. Strong data analysis and validation skills.
