WordPress Performance Expert

Salary: $68000 - 82000 per year Requirements: We need proven expertise in optimizing Core Web Vitals. We need strong working knowledge of WordPress, including debugging and performance tuning. We need hands-on experience with caching solutions such as WP Rocket and Redis or other server-side caching methods. We need a working understanding of AWS and its related resources. We need the ability to interpret performance data and convert it into practical improvements. Applicants must currently reside in Canada and be legally authorized to work in Canada. Responsibilities: We optimize Core Web Vitals, including LCP, CLS, and INP, to enhance real-world user experience. We improve WordPress themes and plugins, whether custom-built or pre-built. We audit website performance and implement targeted enhancements. We identify and resolve performance bottlenecks across front-end, back-end, and server layers. We turn performance insights into actionable fixes that strengthen speed, stability, and responsiveness. We ensure the website performs reliably across all devices.
