Windows Support Engineer

We are looking for a Windows Support Engineer to join our technical support team. In this role, you will help enterprise customers troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Windows environments, identity management, and Microsoft technologies. Requirements:
・1-2 years of experience in technical support or system administration ・Experience with Windows environments and Microsoft technologies ・Knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD, Identity Management, MFA, or SSO solutions ・Understanding of networking concepts, DNS, certificates, or PowerShell is a plus ・Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills ・Fluent English communication skills ・Willingness to work flexible hours when required
