WFH WordPress Website Specialist (Elementor Pro)

Job Overview Our client is seeking a WordPress Website Specialist (Elementor Pro) to manage, maintain, and continuously improve People Inc Group's portfolio of WordPress websites. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for website performance, user experience, SEO implementation, analytics reporting, conversion optimization, technical maintenance, and identifying opportunities to improve lead generation and overall website effectiveness. Schedule Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM NZST (30 work hours per week) Responsibilities Website Management: Manage and maintain all company websites; create and publish new website pages, blogs, and landing pages; update content, forms, landing pages, and assets; perform regular website audits, quality checks, and monitor functionality, responsiveness, and user experience across devices and browsers; apply a sales-focused lens to website structures and ensure lead capture mechanisms function correctly with CRM requirements. Analytics & Reporting: Monitor website traffic and performance; analyze user behavior using Google Analytics and heat mapping tools; produce monthly performance reports tracking lead generation and conversion metrics, identifying trends and actionable recommendations. SEO & Website Optimization: Implement on-page SEO improvements, monitor keyword performance, review site structure for optimization, maintain structured content and backlink/listing assets, and collaborate with external SEO providers as required. User Experience & Conversion Optimization: Review visitor behavior through heat maps and user recordings, identify bottlenecks in user journeys, recommend and test landing page improvements to increase inquiries, and assist with conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives. Technical Maintenance: Monitor website health, page speed, plugins, themes, and platform updates; identify website errors or bugs; liaise with developers for advanced functionality and ensure sites remain live, secure, and operational. Marketing Support: Build campaign landing pages, assist with webinar and event tracking, implement tracking pixels and conversion events, support lead generation across all brands, and perform video editing and repurposing as needed. Requirements Proven experience managing WordPress websites. Strong understanding of Google Analytics 4 (GA4). Hands-on experience with SEO implementation and SE Ranking. Proficiency with page builders and themes, specifically Elementor Pro and Kadence. Experience with Pipedrive CRM integration and workflow management. Experience using heat mapping and user behavior analysis tools. Solid knowledge of website optimization, CRO, and user experience principles. Strong attention to detail with excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Demonstrated experience working with New Zealand businesses or AU/NZ market contexts.
