Web Designer (Medium to Senior Level)

We are seeking a talented and experienced web designer to join our team on a project-based contract. As a medium to senior-level web designer, you will play a crucial role in creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites that meet our clients' needs and business objectives. Responsibilities: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and objectives. Conceptualize and create high-quality website designs that align with the client's branding and goals. Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas. Ensure the responsive design of websites for optimal viewing across various devices. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance design quality and functionality. Optimize web graphics for performance and loading speed. Perform user testing to gather feedback and make necessary design improvements. Work closely with developers to ensure the seamless implementation of designs. Provide design support throughout the project lifecycle. 3+ years of professional web design experience. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of web design projects. Knowledge of web design best practices, including user experience and usability principles. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Attention to detail and a creative mindset.
