Water Treatment Support Specialist

Salary: $61000 - 71000 per year Requirements: We require at least 1 year of experience in water treatment service and installation. We expect a high school diploma or GED; additional technical certifications are a plus. We look for strong customer service abilities, an upbeat attitude, and solid communication skills. We need basic computer literacy, including familiarity with Microsoft Office. We value hands-on plumbing and electrical experience, including the ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical valves and pumps. Responsibilities: We provide technical customer support over the phone, helping with equipment startup, installation guidance, and troubleshooting. We handle warranty and non-warranty claims, including testing, rebuilding, and repairing returned products. We build a deep understanding of all our products and affiliated equipment. We work with the product development team to recommend product improvements and better support materials that help reduce technical support calls.
