Warehouse Associate

Job Summary We are hiring Warehouse Associates to support a fast-paced distribution operation in Kalamazoo, MI. This role involves picking, packing, shipping, and receiving products while maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities Pick and pack customer orders using pick tickets or RF scanners Prepare shipments and ensure order accuracy Load and unload trucks manually or with equipment Receive and stock incoming inventory Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory control Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified) Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all safety guidelines and warehouse procedures Requirements Previous warehouse, distribution, or general labor experience preferred Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift Experience with RF scanners is a plus Strong attention to detail and accuracy Team player with a strong work ethic High school diploma or GED preferred EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER: Surge is an equal opportunity employer.
