📋 Description Define and champion multi-year data and AI strategy aligned to business goals. Identify opportunities for generative AI, ML, and analytics across product and operations. Establish data governance, data quality standards, and ethical AI practices. Recruit and lead data engineers, scientists, analysts, and AI/ML teams. Foster a data-driven culture with analytics in decision-making. Present strategy, roadmaps, and key results to the executive team and board. 🎯 Requirements 10+ years in AI/ML/DS/Engineering; 5+ years in senior leadership. Proven ability to deliver enterprise-wide data/AI strategy with measurable impact. Deep data architecture expertise; AWS, Snowflake; ETL/ELT. Extensive GenAI/LLM experience and full ML lifecycle. Proficient in Python and SQL; strong statistics and ML fundamentals.
