Visual Designer

Key Responsibilities: Create business reports that are visually appealing, with clear and consistent storytelling, strong data visualization and infographics. Able to understand data and translate to clear visuals and graphics. Creates templates and style guides. Manages production for business reports and asset design. Researches graphic trends to apply creative concepts strategically. Produces advanced, clear and strategically creative comps for different solutions and proposals. Follows and ensures the integrity and consistency of the brand. Communicates with piers to discuss the content for the design of assets. Responsible for delivering quality standards for assigned assets. Makes recommendations for improvements in reports, tools, processes and assigned tasks pertinent to the design capability. Able to execute multiple projects at the same time. Requirements: 5+ years experience working in the field of graphics design in all stages, from intake and conceptualization through production and delivery. Business design, Data Storytelling and editorial layout experience preferred. Highly skilled in PPT / Google Slides, GSites, InDesign. Strong skills in layout and design, data visualization, infographics and visual storytelling. English proficiency - mid level (written). Excellent time management and organizational skill set. Ability to prioritize work and handle multiple deliverables. Self-motivated, shows initiative and is a quick learner. Works well within a team and independently. Demonstrated creative judgment and design sensibility. Highly proactive. Takes ownership of projects, ensuring their quality and task execution. Provide and receive objective feedback proactively.
