Visual Communication Designer

Key Responsiblities Design and develop visually compelling reports, whitepapers, manuals, brochures, case studies, technical documents, and corporate publications using Adobe InDesign. Create structured layouts that communicate complex information with clarity and visual consistency. Maintain brand guidelines across all communication and design materials. Apply strong principles of typography, grids, spacing, alignment, and visual hierarchy. Prepare high-quality print-ready and digital-ready artwork while ensuring accuracy and consistency. Work with large volumes of content and organize information into clear, engaging visual formats. Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand project requirements and translate them into effective design solutions. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards. Review designs thoroughly to ensure accuracy in formatting, content placement, and overall presentation. Coordinate with relevant teams on print production and pre-press requirements when required.
