📋 Description Design, code, test, debug, and record COBOL in CICS/VSAM/JCL Understand design and requirements; develop features and functions Break requirements into MVPs and user stories Create estimates for small to medium projects Ensure quality by following standards; support deployment Handle production incidents and drive performance improvements 🎯 Requirements 5+ years in development/maintenance of banking apps (credit card processing) Strong knowledge of VisionPLUS Hands-on CMS module experience Proficient in COBOL and CICS Experience with Endevor, Changeman and batch scheduling DevOps and Agile discipline with strong communication
