📋 Description User Research: Plan and conduct usability studies, interviews, and surveys to uncover user needs Interaction Design: Develop wireframes, user flows, and prototypes that illustrate product Visual & Information Design: Create high-fidelity mockups and design specs aligned with AI-Assisted Design & Prototyping: Use tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Figma Make, and other Collaboration: Work closely with engineers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and Iteration & Validation: Gather feedback from stakeholders and end users; iterate designs to 🎯 Requirements 10+ years of complete UX Design experience, preferably on B2B, SaaS, enterprise, or networking Bachelor’s degree preferably in UX/UI Design, Human–Computer Interaction (HCI), Graphic Design, or Strong proficiency with Figma (components, auto-layout, prototyping). Experience with Figma Make and AI-assisted prototyping workflows. Experience using Claude, ChatGPT, and other emerging AI tools for UX research, ideation, UX Familiarity with usability testing tools (e.g., UserTesting, Maze).
