Responsibilities: We translate business needs and user insights into intuitive, user-centered design solutions for desktop and mobile experiences. We support user research activities such as persona development, heuristic reviews, usability assessments, and competitive analysis to guide design decisions. We create and refine UX deliverables including user flows, journey maps, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and information architecture. We extend and apply our design system using reusable components, icon libraries, templates, and brand standards to improve consistency and efficiency. We collaborate with product managers, developers, content strategists, and UX leads to align on goals, constraints, and delivery approaches. We clearly communicate design reasoning in reviews and stakeholder presentations, advocating for user needs and business value. We participate in Agile ceremonies and workflows, providing design assets, specifications, and feedback throughout development. We support usability testing and analyze behavioral data to validate and improve design performance. We maintain detailed design specifications and work with developers to ensure accurate implementation, including user acceptance testing. We stay current on UX trends, tools, and technologies, and contribute to the evolution of team processes and design practices. We manage time effectively by estimating effort, planning schedules, and prioritizing work within sprint cycles. We use general-purpose LLM tools to analyze and synthesize user behavior, identify patterns, and prioritize opportunities. We use AI to accelerate discovery, experimentation, development, and recommend improvements. We offer a competitive base salary of $98,300 to $147,500 per year, with potential eligibility for additional incentive compensation.
