📋 Description Define target audience and success metrics with key stakeholders Manage stakeholder interviews and questionnaires to gather feedback Analyse data points and evaluate heuristics for actionable insights Facilitate workshops to elicit requirements and identify assumptions Guide the team to identify personas and map as-is and to-be user journeys Facilitate information architecture creation using tools such as card-sorting and tree-testing 🎯 Requirements 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, UX Consultant, Product Analyst, Service Designer, or Strong experience in requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement Proven experience facilitating workshops and requirement discovery sessions Ability to create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills Ability to translate business needs into practical and user-centric solutions
