User Experience Researcher II

📋 Description Execute end-to-end user research across the product lifecycle. Apply qualitative and quantitative methods (interviews, usability studies, surveys). Partner with Product, Design, ML Research, and Hardware to align research goals. Synthesize findings into actionable insights for product and member experience. Lead sequential studies with high-quality execution and stakeholder alignment. Explore AI-enabled workflows to expand methods while keeping rigor. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in UX Research, HCI, Psychology, etc. 2+ years of user research in product/tech/healthcare. Experience with mixed methods research (design, moderation, analysis, synthesis). Strong communication and organizational skills to translate findings.
