User Access Certification AnalystWarsaw (3 days onsite per week)Salary: 24 000 – 30 000 PLN gross (employment)Employer: international financial sector company Tasks:Build and scale the user access certification program across applications and systemsLead and coordinate periodic access certification campaignsDesign and implement processes to detect and resolve inappropriate accessPartner with business owners, security teams, and IT application teamsDevelop and maintain metrics, dashboards, and executive reportsAutomate and streamline certification workflowsSupport internal and external auditsAnalyze entitlement data and perform data validationProduce and maintain clear process documentationDeliver training for reviewers Requirements:3+ years of experience in user access governance, access certification, identity and access management, or a related IT control functionDemonstrated experience coordinating and executing user access reviews and certification campaignsPractical experience working with identity and access management systems (IAM)Direct experience supporting internal or external compliance auditsStrong data analysis skills (MS Excel, SQL)Excellent written and verbal communicationFluent in English and Polish
