User Acceptance Testing Liaison

Salary: $99,840 - 99,840 per year Requirements: Bachelors degree in business, information systems, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience Experience in UAT, software testing, business analysis, product support, or a similar role Excellent verbal and written communication, facilitation, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills Strong working experience with Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence, and Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint Results-oriented approach and ability to work with composure and good humor under tight deadlines and competing priorities Strong understanding of the testing lifecycle, including scope definition, test planning, case development, execution coordination, defect management, reporting, and sign-off Demonstrated ownership and accountability in proactively identifying and resolving risks, blockers, and dependencies Experience preparing executive-ready status updates, dashboards, or quality summaries for leadership review Must be available and ready to work directly as a Genesis10 employee Responsibilities: Act as the main liaison between Product teams and Business SMEs to coordinate UAT for new functionality Translate business process flows and operational scenarios into test cases, scripts, validation checklists, and test data using standardized templates and processes Facilitate UAT sessions, walkthroughs, and readiness reviews, clarifying objectives, scenarios, dependencies, and expected outcomes Coordinate test data, environment readiness, tester access, job aids, and supporting documentation Hold regular touchpoints and UAT office hours to surface blockers, answer questions, and sustain testing progress Track defects, blockers, risks, and open questions, ensuring issues are documented, prioritized, assigned, and resolved with Product Owners, Product Analysts, and Business SMEs Consolidate test results, summarize quality trends, report progress, and communicate risks or readiness concerns to project leaders and stakeholders Identify ways to improve UAT processes, testing practices, documentation standards, and cross-team collaboration Technologies: Atlassian Confluence Excel Support JIRA Network More: We are recruiting a User Acceptance Testing Liaison for a 12-month, onsite contract with a major financial institution in McLean, Virginia.
