Deliver professional support to German-speaking users through verbal and written communication. Contribute to the creation and maintenance of knowledge articles, known error records, and SOPs. Identify recurring issues and recommend service improvement opportunities. Adhere to ITIL-based service management practices. Follow incident, request, problem, and change management procedures.
